I've got a problem adding plugins, it sez
ln: failed to create symbolic link `./libnpjp2.so': File exists
Is there some way to replace it or overwrite?

  3. don't quote me on this but … there seems to be a bug on a call to dtjava.launch()… same with dtjava.js on the oracle website… need more investigation to confirm.

  4. I came back with my version – it was jdk7u07 – and it is working again. I guess we have a problem with javaFX web plugin for jdk7u10, at least.

to be sure, anyone could try run javaFX ensemble page (youTube wont let me put the link)

  5. The only problem I used to bumped into in Ubuntu is that none of the files are executable, I need to manually chmod +x -R everything.

If that doesn't work, you might need to consult mint for the appropriate plugins folders.

  6. Hi !
I followed your sample and my system looks like everything ok. I can see the plugin enabled information "Java(TM) – Version: 1.7.0_10" both on chrome and mozilla, also my java version on terminal prints "java version "1.7.0_10", but yet somehow I cant run javaFX ensemble page
    I'm getting a message "please install java…"
You know whats happening ?? thanks (my system is LinuxMint maya)

  7. Yes, you can just create it if it's not there.
