This video discussed about how to set appropriate ResultSet fetch size to improve the performance while fetching records from database server. Its a recommended feature of JDBC to optimize performance. Its set as :
ResultSet.setFetchSize(25);
The size 25 here can be changes as best suitable in your network.
Generally this size is same as per-page-record-count.
